Licensed Home-Care Agencies: Partner With Wound House

Wound House LLC is establishing a national network of licensed home-care agencies that are equipped to accept service orders and provide trained caregivers for non-skilled in-home dementia respite services and personal-care needs. We are not looking for patient referrals from home-care agencies, nor are we involved in purchasing or selling referrals. Instead, our goal is to contract with licensed agencies that will employ or suitably engage, assign, supervise, and provide caregivers in their authorized service areas, with an emphasis on quality caregiver training.

Our agency provides caregiver training for W-2 employees as well as independently contracted or referral caregivers, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles. Additionally, we offer dementia respite services, along with other services that the home-care agencies are legally permitted to provide.

Minimum shifts and hourly rates include evening, weekend, holiday, and mileage charges, along with cancellation fees. Home-care agencies also ensure that caregiver training and dementia respite services meet the required standards, including caregiver background-screening requirements.

Intake turnaround time and backup caregiver availability are essential for home-care agencies. Our system includes EVV, visit-note, incident-reporting, and invoicing capabilities. We also provide a range of resources such as a W-9, certificate of insurance, license, rate card, service-area list, and a sample service agreement, which are crucial for efficient caregiving. Moreover, our caregiver training programs support the delivery of high-quality dementia respite services, ensuring that caregivers are well-prepared to meet the needs of those they serve.
